I use Jarvis smart home dashboard, my Home Assistant, to organize my life and control my home. I enjoy finding new tasks to automate so that Jarvis earns his keep. He gives me peace of mind that things are locked up, lights on and that I don’t forget that dentist appointment.
This post is about one new task I have taught Jarvis. Monitor my garage door and allow me to open or close it at any time, home or away.
