Drill (top hole for LED, starter holes for screws to secure belt handle) Hammer/chisel (remove back from cigar box)

Directions
Test fan with Soldering iron to see if smoke is extracted.
Cut back from cigar box using chisel device.
Drill holes in cigar box for LED
Place and glue guide blocks to provide housing for filter
Cut belt to provide handle
Screw belt to housing
Route switch, LED wires (led legs through button hole)
Solder switch, LED, Fan
Cut filter to rest inside box
Position Velcro to secure filter
